Fit Body Boot Camp is Donating to Support Scientific Research this Month. Here’s How Anyone Can Help!

Being a member of the Fit Body Boot Camp family is all about supporting one another both in and outside of the gym. That’s why the Fit Body Boot Camp community comes together to support a different local or global charity each month through their FBBC Charity Check-in initiative.

FBBC Charity Check-ins give the Fit Body Boot Camp community an opportunity to provide much needed funding to reputable charities such as The American Red Cross, Canada Blood Services, Shriners Hospitals for Children and more.

In light of the coronavirus pandemic, Fit Body Boot Camp locations across the U.S. and Canada are dedicating the month of April to supporting the Centers for Disease Control Foundation and the Canadian Public Health Association, respectively.

For every 25 check-ins on the Fit Body Boot Camp Facebook and Instagram pages, they will be able to provide funding for 15 minutes of scientific research.

Here’s how the Covid-19 Charity Drive works:

Step One: Attend a Virtual Fit Body Boot Camp Session

Anyone can get in a Fit Body Boot Camp workout from home by either joining virtual coaching with a Fit Body Boot Camp coach during normal session times or viewing an online workout as part of their 28-Day Fit Body Stronger Together Challenge.

Anyone can visit a local Fit Body Boot Camp’s Facebook or Instagram page or reach out to them directly to learn about the virtual workout options available.

Step Two: Check in at a Local Fit Body Boot Camp on Facebook or Instagram

After the workout, a person participating can create a post on Facebook and/or Instagram and “check in” at a local Fit Body Boot Camp gym by tagging its page as their location. The Fit Body Boot Camp coach can help them do this if they have never done it before.

Don’t forget to include the hashtags #FBBCSTRONG.

Step Three: Fit Body Boot Camp Franchise’s Donate

At the end of the month, Fit Body Boot Camp will make donations to The CDC Foundation and the Canadian Public Health Association. For every 25 check-ins, Fit Body Boot Camp’s gym franchise will be donating to provide funding for for life saving programs.

Now more than ever, it’s crucial for people to unite and do their part to keep the communities safe and healthy. “We’re stronger together, so let’s come together as a unified force to make an impact.”, said Bryce Henson the Vice President of Fit Body Boot Camp fitness franchises.
